Rider Pramod Shrestha 'Goofy' Summits Mt Everest; Hoists Royal Enfield Banner

Pramod Shrestha 'Goofy', one of the Royan Enfield veterans in Nepal, successfully summited Mt. Everest on May 15, 2022.Alpha Automotive Pvt. Ltd, the newly appointed authorised distributor of Royal Enfield in Nepal, handed over a cheque of Rs. 500,000 to Pramod Shrestha 'Goofy', to support the 'Teach 8848 Girls Against Child Marriage' Everest campaign during an event organized on April 9, 2022. Also, the flag of Royal Enfield was handed over from Harsh Shanghai, Alpha Automotive's Executive Director, to take it to the summit of Mount Everest.

Pramod Shrestha 'Goofy' is one of the most experienced riders of Royal Enfield in Nepal. Enthusiastic and adventurous, Goofy has made successful trips to Myanmar, Tibet, Bhutan and India on a Royal Enfield motorcycle. He set the record in 1995 by traveling east-west from Royal Enfield 350cc in 22 hours and 28 minutes.
